Refund Policy
Another Day Another Slay The brand does not offer refunds. Any sign that arrives in a damaged state, you have within 24 hours of receiving the purchase to send photographs or video evidence of the sign damage to adasthebrand contact center via email or text to be verified. Once all evidence has been looked over by our specialist a email will be sent with further instruction on the final decision. Failure to comply with this requirement in this timeframe will void any current grants made on the damage good.
Shipping Policy
Standard shipping takes 14 business days. Express shipping with an extra $20 cost will take 7 business days. Shipment will be carried out by our partners DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
